Just a quick blog to talk about some of the benefits of water,
and how it is very important to the human body.
Water helps us in maintaing our health.
Water refreshes us and keeps us from becoming dehydrated.
Without water, your body would stop working properly.
Did you know that Water makes up more than half of your body weight
and no one can survive for more than a few days without it.
Why? the human body has lots of important jobs and
water is needed to do them.
Your blood contains water and it carries oxygen to all
of the cells that are in our body.
If you dont have oxygen, the cells would die.
That is just one pretty good reason why water is so
important to the human system, don't you think? :)
Water also helps us with our immune system, helps with digestion
and assists us get rid of waste.
