Getting on Determination Highway!

Hello everybody this is Mary Thomas and I am
just going to share briefly
with you from MY * L.T.T. Guide©
(Leadership Training & Tips). This is just a small portion
about getting on DETERMINATION HIGHWAY!
For the purposes of this blog I have adapted this to fit
for this season. It is my hope & prayer that the reader will
learn and go forward in their business!

You say that you want to have a home based business,
You say that you want to make the difference in your life, your families
well being, your bank account, your church & community etc.,
You say that you want to be in your companies top line
up for sales and or recruiting for this month or this quarter,
You say that you want to be one of the leaders that people look up to,
You say that you want to walk across the stage at your
company's next annual convention,
You even say that you want to be one of the ones that take that top producers
trip....
BUT...what are you actually doing about those goals?
Hey THIS is the prime time NOW to do something about the state that you find
you and your home based business in!... Not just NOW but, RIGHT NOW!
THIS is why it is IMPERATIVE to partner with a company
that has the ability to FIT for ALL SEASONS, TIMES, EVENTS and ALL REASONS!
And that company cannot be a fly by night one either!
Let's be real! the 2 greatest industries to be in at this time
is Personal care (that includes skin care, makeup, spa products
things for the home etc.) AND Health & Wellness!
I mean you can RACK UP in Sales and Team Building!
what you choose to do RIGHT NOW can set the pace and tone
for the upcoming YEAR! Think about the Big players in retail...
they look for, set themselves up for and EXPECT to have BIG SALES
during the Holiday SEASON and they GET IT! Don't be fooled into thinking
that they don't. when the dust settles and clears and they look at the whole
year.... sales from the holiday counts BIG TIME!
But guess what? In order to do that,YOU must set yourself up to be in a place
called DETERMINATION HIGHWAY! That is a Highway, like when you
are driving down from New England and you know that your destination goal
is Jacksonville FL, well there is one and only one
highway will efficiantly take you there... and that's 95 SOUTH!
Same principle here. To reach your Goals in YOUR companies Ladder of Success,
You have got to find, understand and FOLLOW the track that has been layed
before you! Don't try to reivent the wheel, just follow it! IF you stay
determined you will make it!
Get what I like to call a "Pitbull Mentality" about your dream
and your chosen company. Once you sink your teeth into it,
NOBODY can take it away from you!
Once you have set yourself on Determination Highway,
don't let anybody stop you or distract you from
getting to your financial goals. After all the real work that you
will do to build YOUR DREAM & Business, you will see
that the rewards will be soooo very sweet!
When you get determined, you get confident! Not arrogant or cocky,
but Confident. Why, because you have set yourself up for success
by learning what you need to learn, growing in the right way for your business.
First growing in your mind... getting rid of the clutter and
negativity, that has been implanted in you by others.
Confidence in your company, it's leadership, your upline,
it's products and or services...AND the fact that YOU are
A MAJOR asset to the company. YUP, YOU bring something to the table too...
NEVER FORGET THAT FACT.
You may even have to get determined about changing
the current company that you
keep.
If you have friends around you that
never seem to really see any type of vision
for success in a home based business for ANYBODY & ALWAYS has some
thing negative to say...and they can not see you having a
business let alone themselves...
and yet they are always crying broke and tired of their J.O.B.
(Just Over Broke).... you need to politely
remove yourself from that circle.
Sometimes while you are on Determination
Highway you gotta shut your mouth and let family & friends
SEE you moving forward IN success...after a while some may get it
and some won't.
Ask yourself, which do you value more and What type of people
really have influence in your world...
the negative complacent folks OR the progressive
postive folks... YOU Choose!
(There is a lot more that I could say about Getting on Determination Highway,
but I will save that for another time...)
So I will close with this:
The time is at hand for you to get on Determination Highway!
No matter what exit or side road that you find yourself in...
it is NEVER TOO LATE you put yourself on the RIGHT ROAD TO SUCCESS!
There is Wealth to be made in this season so go get it!
So let's get on Determination Highway and do this thing!
