This is short and sweet.
And you should THINK!
Do you want the internet to be censored?
If this bill gets passed, then what's next on the censor hit list?
Books banned and burned (ooo that's been down before) You get denied access to a loan to buy a house in certain neighborhoods if you want to own a home (oh waitaminute lol that already happens it's called redlining smh)
You get shot by the police and you were only reaching for your wallet? (oh that happens already smh)
You get burned at the stake because someone wants your land (uh-oh that was called the Salem Witch Trials)
A bit heavy handed and out there I know, but I hope that it makes you think and drives the point home for you
We are in protest of
the U.S. Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and PROTECT-IP Act (PIPA).
The U.S. Congress is about to censor the Internet, even though
the vast majority of Americans are opposed. We need to kill these
bills to protect our rights to free speech, privacy and prosperity.
Many companies run their business via the internet, some use it in conjunction
with a brick and mortar building...
So, what say you...do you want the government to rule the internet and police it?
