Difference being: income is earned monies that the government can gain from output; whereas, revenue is a percentage of economic prosperity drawn from (in the form of taxes) in order to pay for constitutionally-sound operations of government. If we want more money to go into the federal government, we need to increase economic prosperity. 100% of nothing is still nothing. |
