New Resolution to Nurture Positive Customers - Internet Evolution vs Internet Overload

We see our customers as invited guests to our party. and we are

the hosts. It is our job everyday to make every important aspect of the

customer experience a little bit better - Jeff Bezos

Are you ready to Harness the Internet Evolution this New Year and

live rich and brave on your own time?

Or will the Internet Overload steamroll over you - leave you 
struggling, tired and poor trying to ride top hat on multiple strategies
which very few people can rein in under their control without massive resources at hand.  

This year, my resolution is to master relationships with new prospects

and /or members of my team.

Here is the one resolution I will certainly follow this year: 

  • Connect with people as potential customers. 
  • Customers are always right (even with preconceptions). 
  • It's imperative to know them inside out to better build a relationship  that encourages loyalty and increases revenue. 

WHY positive relationships work in any business partnerships?  

- 6 ways:

1. Show a genuine interest in people. 

2. Listen to them and make them feel important

3. See their point of view and still challenge them

4. Believe in them and inspire them..

5. Be a role model for them with action plans that are easy to follow.

6. Praise them for their hopes and successes.

HOW will these positive relationships be nurtured? 

- 4 ways:

1. Talk to people.

2. Learn from each conversation.

3. Get better.

4. Repeat - talk - listen - improve.

Thank goodness, I and my team will not be wasting time this year!   

I will not be blogging ( without a follow-up information funnel).

I will not be blasting ads or banners with no contact.

I will not be emailing offers looking for top-rated 2% conversion.

I will not be building lists without communication.

I will not be coached, trained, branded or herded on
social media anymore.

Nor will I ever expect any of my customers to be burdened
by Internet Overload, ever!

I will be talking 50 minutes a day to 5 people in 6 positive
ways using proven scripts.

This is how the Internet Evolution will transform people's lives as it should.
