How Motherlode Marketing Returns Ethics to the MLM Network Marketing Home Business

I have heard MLM or Network Marketing has been described as the big talking, flat-broke, unhappy Uncle who comes to family celebrations, drinks too much and is blatantly avoided.

Of course, he has followed a trail of broken dreams, but is it his fault? He has followed a broken system that works only for a handful of skilled business people. Do you think it maybe "rigged" when only a handful of top leaders harvest the profits and the majority earn a few crumbs along the way?

As a networker, does it seem that the only thing duplicating in your home business is attrition - new members give up - its not my style but I just want to do something that’s worthwhile … and this isn't working for me as hard as I try.

This only magnifies the disillusion  and failure in the public forum, especially at warp speed on the internet.

Why do you think the public thinks scam when they hear the word MLM?

Think about this statement very carefully as the reason:

A legitimate business is sustained by a solid base of repeat customers or clients, while a pyramid scheme requires constant recruitment.

So how can we return ethics and better success to this network marketing home business model? Once again, let's call it referral marketing where an opportunity is gladly recommended and welcomed. Stop the chasing and ambushing prospects especially online.

The problem starts with the very first conversation. The gung-ho networker tries to oversell the company's website. He presses the hot dissatisfaction buttons and the dream visions where money and time freedom abound.  Being desperate to keep his unstable downline and residual incomes intact, he may be inaccurate or deceptive.

However, there is no groundwork about business principles. Do you have any previous business in owning or running a business? Do you like to sell? Do you realize the amount of work involved compared to the revenue expected?

It is time to stop the insanity with programs that expect people with no business background to act, mentor and succeed like their executive-skilled sponsors.  No proper study or venture of any kind could survive with such a disservice where lack of education allows some manipulators to take advantage of and fail honest people...especially in a hungry marketplace.

So what's the solution?

MLM Network Marketing home business is first and foremost a business. Act like a small business owner, and people will treat you like one.

If you are new to the business world you need to learn the groundwork, the Big Picture, from established experts in the field. Be able to ask the right questions and understand the answers.

An exciting new resource is doing just that - to empower regular people with knowledge, to broaden their horizons, and show an alternative path for People Power to make Internet Profits.

Here are a few excerpts about Basic Building Blocks for Network Marketing Home  (Page 21)

BEST DEFINITION:  Its foundation and value is based on average people with above average dreams with minimal capital, a little sweat equity and high potential earnings to make a difference.

Until you have an asset where  you use information tools to  expand knowledge and time, it  is difficult to go beyond physical  Limitations.

An alternative to working for the boss, exchanging Time for Money  or managing expensive franchises, making risky investments or starting a business from scratch.

This is the only business where the LESS I say, the more successful I will  be. The less I say, the more the experts speak on my behalf. No personal rejection.

The value of human capital is priceless ... it's like having  professionals work long hours on your behalf, anytime,  anywhere, who can help put extra money into your pocket without a second job.

Check out this special home business resource today.

PS: Watch short presentation: How to Return Ethics and Integrity Back to Network Marketing Home Business - Do Not Start with Dreams!

Traditional definition of network marketing is about  3 basic principles: duplication, leverage and residual profits. Basic business principles are about customers, product value and retention. If networkers are to gain any mainstream acceptance, we must stop selling the "dream" and start planning HOW any business marketing works. Start with a Big Picture of the Digital Economy with massive trends, self-dialogue and how to make a well-informed decision  BEFORE joining a network marketing company. Time to return ethics and integrity and stop the failure!    How Ethics Returns to the MLM Network Marketing Home Business

People must understand basic principles of business success BEFORE joining any respectable MLM company. Motherlode Marketing does that.
