How a Teacher Becomes a Fair and Democratic Home Business Mentor

A few people have asked how I became a fair and democratic home business mentor and what in the world does that mean.

My favorite answer is that I am a good teacher with the trained objectives to help each student in my class realize the best of their abilities, regardless of differing backgrounds and interests.

My main objective was to preserve and enhance the sense of self-worth of each student. The lesson objectives were generally presented fairly to all students with remedial measures where necessary.

Then came assessment time where the typical bell curve was often applied to deliver A, B, C and D grades - the distasteful part of the job. This method of grading was based on distribution of average scores which created the average grade from which others would be measured. There were a few above average and a few below average regardless of individual efforts or circumstances.

Traditionally, it was believed that the pressure of being one of the few to get a high grade would help to stimulate other students to work harder; in other words, rank and file competition.

The inevitable result was that there would be students who tried hard but were not rewarded which threatened their self-worth and reduced their motivation to work harder for the appreciation of the subject than the competition. Failure might then be perceived as lack of intelligence versus lack of effort which could easily taint other undertakings.

It broke my heart time and time again in measuring that average median and devaluing honest efforts with kids I knew needed more bolstering than depreciation.

In the same way it breaks my heart to see so many well-meaning network marketers try so hard to achieve the anticipated financial goals only to be labeled a failure or drop out.

Folks, we're not in school to meet institutional goals. We can set our own curriculum. We can remove the grades.

We are independent network marketers with the eye of a tiger and common street experience to design a residual program that works for everyone with a little work and a little capital. Make it simple enough so duplication is failure proof. Even the quiet kid in the back of the room can have a fair chance.

Make it Fair? Everyone plays by the same rules.

Make it Democratic? Make the rules simple enough so everyone gets a chance to play. Nobody should be disenfranchised from the Greatest Transfer of Wealth in the Digital Age.

A Fair and Democratic Home Business is like a worldly classroom that presents basic learning about our changing Economy and a Big Picture about a home business BEFORE sending out a loaded website.

The main goal is to level the playing field and reduce the huge income disparity.

The exercise to make money is to read one resource that everyone can share with or without technical skills.  Its assessment is not about fitting into a bell curve and competition but more cooperation between Power Players and Common Folk to make money.

I always tried to make my classroom fair and democratic within the stated provincial objectives.

I always strive to help people make our home business fair and democratic with the right values, the simple learning resource and cooperation.

I look forward to learn more about your experiences and goals and offer an invitation to check out our system.

Standing by to help,

Annemarie

I am a good teacher with trained objectives to support each student regardless of background. I also want to support every well-meaning network marketer to be successful at their own level of ability. Nobody should be disenfranchised from the greatest wealth transfer in the world as offline moves online. Play by the same rules and ensure that everyone can participate with a primary resource with or without technical skills. The Big Picture resource that is simple to share is Motherlode Marketing
