| | |  | | I am wheelchair bound, not fat, but it would be good if I could loose 15 - 20 pounds. I can not exercise and I do not eat that much but the types of food that I eat is not the best. I can not reach food off the table. But I would like to change something to loose this twenty pounds. The only place I eat is the kitchen, do I just avoid the kitchen? Or is there a liquid to replace food? |
