 | | Julie, great points! There are many things of importance that deserve our attention. Quite often in our hussle and bussle world there are far too many distractions that don't matter! Gossip, I agree does more harm than good! |

| | Olov, no that plane can no longer fly. It was due to be salvaged and was instead turned into someone's home. Very cool, I think. I guess for those who want to escape all the bad news, it gives some people something else to think about. But it is sad that they find gossip so fascinating. | | Jason, you called it! Gossip is all that celebrity garbage is. I guess there are some who DO care what happens in the lives of movie & pop stars, but I am not among them. Fortunately, it appears most of us on IBO are not. |

 | | Hi Julie, I hear you loud and clear.. I ask myself almost everyday what is wrong with this world anymore. People going crazy everywhere. Killings shootings so much anger and bitterness in the world.. It's sad to see.. people should be happy and enjoying the life they have while here for tomorrow is not promised.. |

 | | I do not know what Michael Jackson´s family is fighting about. I did know that Tom Cruise and Katy got divorced but who cares? We all feel terrible about the event in Colorado but what can we do? I believe somebody close to him must have noticed that he was acting wierd and should have done something!? |

 | | Julie... Want to take it to the extreme... Look at FaceBook, people embroiled in mindless things. (Not all, however a large percentage.) That's there whole life. Many have no clue what's going on around them. They live in a "little picture" world. It's mind boggling to grasp it all as you point out in your post. Thanks for sharing... |
