Building In Networking

This is my second blog on here. New to the IBO scene, I admit, but not new to life. Like most, I'm sure, I've had many bumps and bruises along the way. And, thankfully I'm a little smarter than I look, so I've learned from my missteps. It's been an interesting start to my experience on IBO Toolbox. There are so many nice people out there willing to help one another--to an extent.

Obviously, the most help that you can get is if someone just says, "Sure I'll sign up for whatever you're doing!" That's not going to happen, so our desire to help only goes so far. I'm sure some people make some deals like 'if you join mine, I'll join yours', but then are they really going to do the legwork? And, with that philosophy in place, one would be involved in way too many ventures to keep them all straight. It's time consuming work to network and market for one or two at a time.

As I've been building my matrix on AutoXTen, which of course I invite you to go see and sign up, (  autoxten.com/aces ) I've wondered, once I've got my direct line filled should I continue to make more direct lines, or help my downline fill their downline. I'm sure everyone would give the obvious answer: Do both! And, I will, but the relationships are super important to me. I've asked people to trust me, and I'm going to follow through. I can imagine that I'll spend more time talking to my downline than I will searching for new people. But I'll still accept those newcomers! If my matrix takes 340 people to fill up, then I'll be communicating with 340 people. That's work! That's building relationships! That's time-consuming! But, the financial reward is significant. The opportunity to affect someone else's life in a productive manner may also be more rewarding.

Raise your glass....to new friends!
