Building your business and marketing it with your blog is something that most everyone is doing who owns a blog. Many people are blogging for money and many are not, and you are going to discover that and more here in my Empower Network blog article here and now.
The numbers of people blogging for money and those who are not blogging for money really vary, and it all depends on what you are looking at and where you are looking at it. You would be considered as “blogging for money” for business and you are marketing it with your blog if your blog consists of blog marketing.
You are probably not blogging for money if you are using your blog to write your thoughts and “get them down on paper”, as like a journal or diary; then you are probably not blogging for money (unless, of course, you’re doing it on an Empower Network blog and targeting powerful Google key words).
Everyone blogs on the internet for a different reason. Whether it be for their home based business and for marketing it
…or whether it is for their own personal journal or diary. Or it can be for both like what I do on the Empower Network blog and for marketing it with plugins and keyword tools like, for instance, the Google key word tool.
Blogging for your business and marketing it to make money means that you’re simply blogging for a profit. If you are going to make an amount of money that will add up and be residual to become anything, you need to be persistent, and consistent on the Internet. You also need learn how to include the best Google key words to achieve for your blog so you can achieve the maximum exposure and traffic. There are also a lot of techniques, tricks, tips, secrets and Google keyword tools that you must know and know how to use well. You will find everything you will need to accomplish all this, here at my blog on the Empower Network domain.
While good content is something that you will need for your blog to make money; you also want to ensure that it is original content as well if you want Google to index your blog with better search engine authority.
Original content is the key to successfully building your online business and marketing it.
Posting original content can drive tremendous amounts of traffic to your site and/or blog because Google views original content as keyword “gold”, if you will. Unoriginal content is mostly viewed by Google as key word “trash”.
Tracking is another key part of blog marketing for money that is so very important. You want to be able to track your visitors and clickers to know where they are coming from and where their interests lie so you can focus on Google key words that yield the maximum amount of hits.
You want and/or need to be able to tell which Google keywords (or Bing, Yahoo, MSN, etc whatever the case may be) they searched on when they found your blog. This will help take out all of the guess work when it comes to your blog and/or online business and marketing it with your blog. It will be important for you to know which Google keywords are working and which keywords are not. So that you will know which Google keywords to use more of and which ones you probably need to drop.
When you are blog marketing for money, another thing that is important is to find other sites and blogs that are in the same market as yours, but not in direct competition with; and exchange links with them. This will help you out a lot as well, especially if you can get some good exchanges with high authority sites like the Empower Network (which has, currently, an Alexa WORLDWIDE ranking of UNDER 900). The higher the page rank of your link exchange, the better for your blog. This Empower Network domain already has a Google page rank of 3, which is absolutely amazing, by the way! Google and the other search engines will recognize your link exchanges, and the more the better in this case.
Your business can be marketed with your blog and marketing it with your blog can be done effectively and the Empower Network teaches this expertly!
You just simply have to know what works and what does not. It is truly on a trial and error, experiential basis. Marketing it (your blog and/or home based business) most effectively can be discovered by YOU right now. You just never know if it will work for you until you do. Consider making ebooks, ezines, videos, etc etc if you find something that works and works well and marketing it as well! It is just a matter of mastering your “secret”, sharing it and marketing it (the “secret” you discovered).
