On the last training call I listened to for Discovery Toys, I heard a suggestion I loved. One of the team leaders gets together with her other team members and does an hour of calling. Using a simple point system, they tally their points, and then get back together and share their success stories.

I have everything going for me with Discovery Toys. I love the products! I'm excited about them! I truly feel that every child needs them! So why am I not pulling in huge sales?

Because...I am afraid to get on the phone and make those necessary calls. I realized this about myself, but did not know how to overcome it. My director gave me the solution, and I love her for it!

I don't have huge amounts of time in my day to call, so I actually do Power Half Hours. I have been using this method and have had fabulous results so far! I was really tired today, and I didn't feel like getting on the phone. But I knew I would have to report later on the progress I made. So I forced myself to get up and get on the phone. And it went great!

I highly encourage anyone who is in the direct sales industry to use this method, especially if you or someone on your team is having trouble making those calls. It has been the perfect solution for me, and I would love to mentor you in this and provide free training. Let me know how I can help! I have a fantastic support group behind me, and now that I am employing this method, I am going to move up fast with my Discovery Toys business!
