With CashBlurbs you have to have a Twitter or Facebook account and you have to have at least 75 followers. If you don't have the followers you have 60 days to get them. I'll help you get your followers if you need help.
You have to have a link to post whatever product or opportunity you want to promote. I suggest you use IBO's URL tool to cloak you link and to drive more traffic to your IBO profile.
Free or paid version - $20 per month for the paid version - you sign on and first HAVE TO post some other members link to one of your Twitter or Facebook accounts. Then you enter your link and in turn another member posts your link to their Twitter or Facebook
The difference in the paid account is that you can post every 20 minutes 24/7 versus with the free account you can post once per day.
