This last week, US President Elect Donald Trump had a very public announcement that the 1,000 Carrier Corporation jobs that had been slated to be moved to Mexico were staying in Indiana.
Almost immediately people from Whoopi Goldberg to Sarah Palin were criticizing the “deal”.
Made me think of that Starfish story….
- 1,000 families in Indiana will be a lot happier this Christmas
- The grocery stores they visit each week and the gas stations they fill their cars up at will be happy those families have money to pay them.
- The insurance agents they pay premiums to are also happy that they will continue to pay for their policies because they still have jobs.
- The churches they visit on Sunday will be grateful that this Christmas those families will be helping other families in need instead of being families in need.
- The kids that were counting on their moms and dads helping with college expenses won’t be having anxiety attacks
- And the list of beneficiaries of this “little deal” (in the greater scheme of things) goes on and on
152 weeks ago I started recording/reviewing the (now) 1,070 Featured Members of the Day (FMOTD’s for short) here on IBO Toolbox.
The exact algorithm that determines WHO the featured member of the day is and IBO management “secret”, But speaking from experience - it’s consistent activity that leads to being featured.
If YOU want to be a “Featured Member” - be active in ALL the areas on IBO Toolbox that you earn “stars” for.
From experience, I can tell YOU that the more active you are, consistently, for a period of time the more likely you will be the next FMOTD..
If YOU can be consistent EVERY DAY for a period of time, you too can be - might be - likely will be - a future “FMOTD” (Featured Member of the Day)
The Featured Member designation is NOT based on spending money or winning popularity contests.
So why should you care who’s featured?
Because the featured members are some of the best prospects for any business that you’ll find on IBO.
They are “active” and “active” people are the kind of prospect any business can never have too many of.
Go to my list of posts and look for the featured members’ posts if you’ve missed some past weeks…
“Click through” the individual’s name for any day and you can see their “statistics”...
Almost every week some that have been IBO members for years and some that are very new.
