A "Fabulous Four" of Fragrance Consultants have A LOT to celebrate Rhode Lee Ramos (promoted to Elite) Rosa Marrero (promoted to Premier) Pura Hernandez (promoted to Team Leader) Magadalis Concepcion In October, they set a goal to become their own team by promoting Pura Hernandez of Dorado, Puerto Rico to a Team Leader. Earlier this month, they did it! “We have talked about becoming a team for a while now, but we never put a clear plan into action,” says Pura. “This time, we followed the SMART Goal guidelines to create a work plan that defined specific tasks we needed to complete by assigned dates. Together, we decided to approach our churches with the idea of holding Lending a Hand fundraisers to help us reach the sales portion of our goals. This turned out to be a big success and we were able to help our communities even more by personally donating a portion of our proceeds.” Pura gave us the goose bumps as she explained how thankful she is for her team and their ability to help others by introducing them to Gold Canyon.... She told us, “I know money is a necessity, but there are other things that are more important, like helping others. To grow in this business, your team needs to know that you sincerely want to help them and vice versa. I’m so fortunate that my team helped me make it to Team Leader. This was something WE accomplished, not just me." We applaud their teamwork and accomplishment and hope they inspire you like that do us We're the candle people @ Gold Canyon PS - I'm linking my posts to the people in my organization. Leandra Bateman is one of my favorites. She's the better half to Bill Bateman who heads up my online team PSS - we are looking for Online party partners in the US & Canada - burn one of our candles and you'll be hooked - join us and we'll help you make some money
