Party Plan Marketing - Host Coaching Checklist

OK - so you have decided to host a party - or - help someone you've recruited to host a part. What the heck do you do next?... Host Coaching Checklist Coaching your Host for success by completing these simple steps before your next Party will pay big dividends: Schedule the Party with your Host and give them a Host Packet. A Host Packet should typically contain the following: Party Planning Guide Available as a Supply Order at Essentials OnLine (Item #97214; Item #s are subject to change.) Set of 5 for US $1.00/CDN $1.10 5 or more Customer Order Forms Available as a Supply Order at Essentials OnLine (US Item #97208/CDN Item #97209; Item #s are subject to change.) Set of 50 for US $3.00/CDN $5.05 2-4 current catalogs with your contact information Available as a Supply Order or Sales Order at Essentials OnLine Set of 15 for US $8.50/CDN $11.50 Copy of the promotion flyer for the appropriate month Available at Essentials OnLine/Action/Customer Promotions or available for purchase as a Supply or Sales Order Party Online Ordering Instructions Provide the Party Online ID number. Provide an e-mail invitation template that includes instructions for Party Online ordering (available by clicking on the Party Online Ordering button on the Essentials Online home page). When you book a Party with a new Host, secure the earliest date and time you have available to minimize the risk of cancellation. Be sure to ask questions about the products your Host would like to earn, what kind of Party they want to have and their expectations of you. TIP: Theme Parties may increase attendance. Here are a few ideas: “Mystery Host Party”, “Girls’ Night Out”, “After-Work Happy Hour Party”, “Saturday Morning Brunch Party”, and so on TIP: Once the Party is scheduled and you have provided your Host with the Host Packet, make it a point to schedule appointments for follow-up Host coaching calls and mark them on your calendar so you remember and are organized when you call First Host Coaching Call: Make your first call to your Host within 48 hours of booking the Party. Confirm the Party date and time. This call ensures the date is set and can help avoid a cancellation later Thank your new Host for booking a Party and answer any questions they have. Increase their enthusiasm by discussing the great FREE and discounted products they can earn through the Host Rewards Program! Have your Host complete their ‘Wish List’ found in the Party Planning Guide Set a Party goal based on the amount of free product on her wish list. Encourage a minimum goal of $500 to get the most from the Host Rewards Program. Help your Host think through all the potential guests they can invite Coach them to invite a minimum of 20 people to ensure that 10 people attend. Increasing Party attendance is the key to increasing Party sales and bookings, not to mention finding new Consultants Coach your Host to take pre-orders from guests who are unable to attend and/or remind guests to use Party Online ordering if they can’t make it to your Party Remember that Party Online ordering has the benefit of directly shipping to the customer Remind guests they are still contributing to your Party if they shop with the unique Party Online code provided We're the candle people - from Arizona - Gold Canyon PS - I'm linking my posts to the people in my organization.
