Write down your goals .... otherwise it's just dreams!
We must not forget that many are completely unfamiliar to work towards their dreams. They have not really understood that they can influence their life and their existence.
Acting then as the leader you are. Educate your team, so that they can feel the joy of personal growth.
Wow, many people dream about their future. How they are to succeed, and all that they will experience when dreams come true.
What many do not understand is, that in order for dreams to come true, we have to write down our goals. Otherwise it will be nothing more than dreams.
We have to write down the steps to be taken. Writing great goals, but even smaller sub-goals. And when we have achieved them, after each small, milestones achieved, so give yourself a small reward or at least a pat on the shoulder. For the truth is, that if we do not praise ourselves for the "small" victories, the steps towards our biggest goal, feels so far away.
Perhaps we will never get there. We lost his grip and give up.
