It can go long periods of time when everything just flows on. Nothing goes against us, and everything feels great.
But every now and then, we lose focus and I feel like our energy is lost. We lose the motivation and drive. We know deep down what we must do, but we do not. Then you must find your own way to get back on track again.
Instead of viewing it as a setback and a failure, it is important to look at what you really have accomplished before. Write down the things you have achieved, both large and small. Look at what you have written and you will realize that you actually have to move forward and come closer to your goals.
Also write down what inspires you and what you enjoy. In other words ... Write down what makes your heart sing, and start doing more of these things.
It will be your best way to recharge your energies!
Success does not happen overnight, Rome was not built in a day - all take different times to different people and the day you realize it you will get a boost in both your life and your work.
