Do you worry a lot about little things?

I have noticed that little things are often problems of any kind. When we allow these problems to cling to our minds, they take over life more and more. They grow to astronomical proportions. They occupy more and more our mind. They live their own lives and trying to take over. Everything seems harder and harder.

The best thing is to never let them come into our mind, or if they do, try to drop them and once and for all solve them.

Try to keep these "little things" at a distance. Let them never be a problem. And if you look from a distance, it may not even be a problem. It is by taking it into your body that your brain tricks you into believing that it is.

When you can do it, you will notice that you have much more energy to take on your tasks.

Worry is a joy of life stealer. My philosophy is to not to worry about anything today that I can possibly put off to worry about tomorrow. Very often, the worry just goes away without any worrying help from me.

Worrying is one of my faults that I am constantly working on. I am much better than I once was though. Thanks for the reminder to not "sweat the small stuff."

I always try to think to myself...is this going to matter a month from now? A year from now? Unless it's a big thing, it's not worth the time and effort it will take to dwell on it. Great words here Carina. Thank you for sharing them with us.
