Private Business Group Offers Innovative Funding

Home based business owners and entrepreneurs are painfully aware of the tremendous expense it really takes to launch a successful business. Even those involved in Network Marketing realize that it's not just a walk in the park to get going and build momentum without funding.

 

Of the various components that aid a business owner getting off to a good start in a Network Marketing project, initial funding, recruiting, auto-ship and retention are the four that have to be in sync in order to have chance at success. Today I'll be explaining how a Private Business Group has addressed each of these components through an innovative funding proposition for Network Marketers.

 

Initial Funding Challenge

 

Many of the top notch Network Marketing companies offer various packages to help new business owners start their free enterprise experience. Typically there are three, a Basic Entry Package, a Mid Range Entry Package and a Top Tier Package. Obviously the bigger the package, the greater the income potential.

 

With the personal economies of individuals being in different places when they consider partnering with a Network Marketing company, choosing a package often depends on where the potential new business person's finances happen to be. One could want to launch with the top package but only have to funds to launch with the smallest of mid range package. Knowing the ramifications of starting with a lower package can present a challenge to a new business owner whose thoughts were set on starting at the highest level possible. After all that's the deal that's often pitched to sell the big dream.

 

Recruiting Challenge

 

A new business owner goes out to recruit often mimicking the person who recruited them. The challenge here is that if they were recruited by a person who launched their Network Marketing campaign with the Top Tier Package of their company, they tend to come up short trying to do the same. One's personal confidence might be challenged especially knowing from an integrity point of view they only joined at the level they could afford. So recruiting can have this up and down feel that “maybe I did the wrong thing and should have waited until I was able to afford the Top Tier Package.” Just that simple thought can thwart the recruiting activity of a new business owner.

 

Of course there are exceptions but there are so many Network Marketers who think they can make up in hustle what they lack in skill and money. Recruiting is a skill that sometimes is affected by money. Let me explain. When a business owner knows they have invested the money it takes to acquire the skills to recruit, they tend to do what it takes to recruit because they now have, “skin in the game.”

 

Recruiting is the life blood of Network Marketing. It makes perfect business sense to recruit potential new business partners with the Top Tier Package because it pays the most in the short and long run. Plus those new business partners will follow your lead and recruit with the same mind set.

 

Auto-ship Challenge

 

Many new business owners come into Network Marketing with the understanding that they will make enough money to cover the auto-ship. So consequently in the beginning stages it's not the big of a deal for the most part. But when hiccups begin to happen in the business like customer cancellations and business partners bailing out, auto-ship becomes a big deal. The reason it's a big deal is because it has to be paid if you want to get paid your commissions in most cases.

 

The size of the auto-ship might even start off small because a new business owner is on the “hustle program.” In other words they are trying to make up for not starting with the Top Tier Package and have now upped their auto-ship considerably to get paid higher commissions. The challenge is sometimes they can afford it and sometimes they can't.

 

Doing business on the edge is doing business with the potential of not being able to pay your monthly auto-ship. Not a good idea and certainly not a way to do Network Marketing.

 

Retention Challenge

 

Flat out, retention is where our residual income comes from. The more customers and business partners who stay on auto-ship we retain, the more income we receive. Customer retention is a different animal because customers have a different personal motivation for using our products. They stay pretty consistent as long as they are seeing a benefit from using the product.

 

The big challenge regarding retention in our downlines is when out business partners aren't making money. They can love the product and the company but if they aren't making money somehow the love the product and the company go out the window.

 

As you can probably see by now, the big four go hand in hand. Initial funding, recruiting, auto-ship and retention fit together like a hand in glove.
