Recently friends noticed that I’ve been doing well with my business. My team is growing and the business is increasing, too. They asked what I’m doing so that others can duplicate it. We’re all looking for how to be successful. It’s right up there with the fountain of youth. Is there some magical formula that will enable our business to be an overwhelming success, providing us with wealth and security? Something that can be imitated, duplicated, replicated?
For me, it’s not one single thing, but a combination of things that I do each day. The key here is “each day” – not each week or each month. I work my business every day. It’s up to me to make it happen. Granted, there are days when I’m with my family or have things that take me away from my laptop, but I really do try to work every day, for however long. That is called commitment.
I attend every training opportunity possible. Team calls, advanced training calls, listening to recorded calls from before I even started my business and one on one training with my mentor. I listen to what is said and I put it into action. If you want things to change, but keep doing the same thing day after day, do you really expect to see different results?
I make sure that my business has as much exposure as possible. That means that I’m utilizing different platforms to market my business. I don’t put all of my eggs in one basket. I do analyze what is bringing me the best results and tailor my efforts accordingly. I try new things as well. I don’t want to limit myself.
I believe strongly in writing blogs. I try to blog each day and share those on different sites and platforms. One of my favorite sites is IBOtoolbox. Members of IBOtoolbox share each other’s blogs and business information with people outside of IBO, which means my blogs and other posts are able to reach networks outside of my own. With roughly 150,000 targeted visitors each day, IBO has been a key part of my success. Membership is free and there are no upgrade levels. We all get an incredible platform to market our business. For more information, visit www.ibotoolbox.com/teinvited3.aspx?jid=16944
I also believe that my enthusiasm for my business takes me even further. When you love what you do, you can’t really call it work, can you? I love being able to help people save substantial amounts of money. I love being able to help people have their own business that they can run from home and allows them to spend more time with family while also improving their financial situation. I love helping my team members with their business, as well as helping fellow ABO's in my company. As you can see, there’s no magic key to being successful. We all have the ability to be a success – we just need to harness our motivation and make it happen.

| | | | | Great post Cheryl! You are absolutely right ~ the key factor is commitment. And having the right amout of enthusiasm for what you are doing is also critical. I have also found that with my company and couldn't be happier ~ so no, I would definitely Not call it Work!! Thanks for sharing and much continued success! |

| | | | | Nice share Cheryl. To me the key statement is "When you love what you do, you can’t really call it work, can you?" I tell people all the time, the challenges people are told they have to overcome (procrastination, laziness, being on time, etc) are all eliminated when a person finds something they love. |
| | | | | I appreciate your commitment, you are a great mentor, thanks |

| | | | | Hi Cheryl. Any business needs commitment. Many people start a home internet business on a part time basis alongside a regular job. My advice is to do something every day. "Daily action no matter how small will always get results" Just make sure to choose the correct action. Great blog, 100% spot on. |
| | | | | Very good blog Cheryl, I just love the way that you have with words. Have a great day. I thought that you made some very good points. |
