How To Make Instant Connections.

We all know that Ibotoolbox is a great community for networking and sharing our various business opportunities.

But did it ever occur to you that you could make an instant connection with someone that could become a dear friend or even something more?

Or that if you took time to get to know them first, it could lead to not only friendship, but them actually joining your business.

I’ve never had a problem making friends or talking to complete strangers. It didn’t matter if the person were a homeless person on the street, or the CEO of a Fortune 500 company.

It’s all about making an instant connection.

Let’s bring that here to Ibotoolbox. Whenever someone adds you as an associate what’s the first thing you do.

BANG! Do you slap them in the face with a link to your opportunity  - with out even saying, Hello, how are you……?

Or do you try and make a connection to find out a bit more about that person?

It’s quite easy to find out a bit more about someone that you can start a conversation about – that will get them talking about themselves.

Just see if they have other social profiles, such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google plus, Youtube etc.

There you’ll find out the kind of things, or hobbies and passions that they like.

Bingo, now you can start up a decent conversation that doesn’t involve you trying to strong arm them into looking at your business opportunity.

If you know someone is a keen angler, or that they have kids the same age as yours, that’s a great conversational opener. Talk about fishing, or raising kids.

Such a conversation can lead to you becoming their friend and who knows - they may even like your offer and may inquire about it even without asking.

They may even want to join your opportunity without you even pitching them.

It beats having to turn them off immediately by shooting them a link the minute you connect.

In Roger and Sally Horchow's  book called “The Art of Friendship” they outline 70 simple rules for making meaningful connections.

Several of these rules can be adapted to the online world and teach you a whole lot about making a meaningful connection.

Isn’t that what were all trying to do here.

Check out the book by clicking on the link below.
