10 Simple Daily Habits That Will Improve Your Health Dramatically

One of the best ways to get and maintain a healthy life style is to develop some simple habits.

In order to be successful at this it will require some discipline on your part, but let’s break down what that is.

In the words of the great Jim Rohn, he said “success is a few small disciples practiced everyday”.

Well let me give you 10 small habits that you can practice every day, or regularly that will transform your health.

1.    Do 30 minutes of exercise everyday: This can even include simply walking as it will increase your heart rate and improve your overall well being



2.   1. Have breakfast everyday: This is the most important meal of the day – so don’t miss it.


3.    2.Sleep a full 8 hours a day: Lack of sleep can lead to stress and loss of productivity.



4.    3.Have 5 portions of vegetables and fruit everyday: This is not only good for your brain, but healthy too.


5.   4. Eat fish at least once a week: Fish is rich in omega 3, so you should try and eat at least one portion every week.



6.    5.Drink at least 1.5 litres of water everyday: Water is the best drink in the world, so start your day right by drinking a glass of water, and drink water throughout the day.


7.    6.Don’t drink soda: This is one of the most unhealthy drinks, so quit your soda intake.



8.    7.Quit smoking: Do I really need to talk about this one. Smoking is bad for you and kills!


9.    8.Either quit drinking or reduce it  considerably: Drinking booze is bad for you too, especially when done excessively. If you must drink, drink in great moderation – like one glass of wine with your dinner. No more….



9.Use the stairs instead of the elevator when going up less than 4 flights or stairs: Just to get you into the habit of walking up flights of stairs. Work those legs.


10.Well there you have it. These are 10 easy habits that you can start today to becoming a healthier you.


Even if you just do one of them, you’ll see great improvements in your health each month. Do all of them, and you will be amazed.
