Get this wrong, and you'll become the scourge of email marketers, and have people unsubscribing from your list in droves.

 

Perhaps you've been on certain lists where you are battered with pitches everyday - with abosultely NO value.

W2. What problem does my idea or offering solve?

 

W3. Why is it worth trying and buying?

 

W4. Who is my target audience?

 

W5. Who am I and what are my credentials?

 

W6. Who are my competition and how am I different from them?

 

W7. What resistance or objections will people have to this?

 

W8. What is the purpose of my pitch?

 

W9. When, where and how do I want people to take action?

 

Once you’ve answered these 9 questions above you’ll have all the information you need to craft email for the marketing of you business.

 

Here’s what how to use it.

 

Take each answer to the question above and use them to write emails that speak to your clients and customers and address the conversation that is going on in their heads.

 

These emails should also be as follows:

 

  1. Entertaining
  2. Informative
  3. Educational
  4. Inspiring
  5. Shocking

 

In other words they should be Info-taining.

 

Finally, in every email that you send out, there should be specific a call to action (C.T.A).

 

This call to action will lead your prospective clients and customers to do something so you can help them solve a nagging pain or problem, or gain some pleasure or benefit.

 

This can be something a simple as getting them to call you, get further information, buy a product or service, or like, share or comment on your social media page.

 

Just tell them what to do next.
