How Can I Energize Myself At The Start Of Each Day?

Let me start this by saying that you need to get a good nights sleep, for most people that’s 7–8 hours.

 

Now we’ve got that out of the way, this is what I do to make myself energized and ready to face each day.

 

  1. I meditate for 10–18 minutes using this app.
  2. Then I do this 8 minute workout below. Although I switch it up every 4 weeks.

     3.Then I eat a healthy breakfast that consists of a healthy             smoothie, such as ginger and mango or banana, and                 Oatmeal.

     4.I also drink at least a liter of water.

 

All this takes no more than 45 minutes, as I believe in quality and not quantity.

 

Side note, I do play tennis at least twice a week for 2–3 hours, or 3 sets each time.

 

That gives me a good cardio workout through the week, and typically do at least 10,000 steps ever day, courtesy of my fitbit charge.

 

This always starts my day off right, feeling alive, and energetic.
