How To Get Better At Small Talk And Make Meaningful Connections For Networking

Published on 9/3/2017
For additional information  Click Here

So you're at a networking event, a park bench, in the check out line, at the airport, or a seminar and conference and you want to connect and approach people and talk to them.

Only one problem.

You don't know what to say, or how best to initiate conversation.

So how do you do it?

It's quite easy - when you know how.

You ready….

It really isn’t that difficult to meet and make friends, especially if you know how

Thankfully, Roger and Sally Horchow show you exactly how to do that in 70 brief essays that they call “rules of connecting”

The rules include the following:

  • How to create rapport-- even in a crowd
  • How to transform an acquaintance into a friend
  • When to e-mail, pick up the phone, send a note, or meet in person
  • How to maintain long-term friendships --and even when it's time to quit

To learn more then read their book, The Art of Friendship: 70 Simple Rules for Making Meaningful Connections.

Then practice each rule every day for the next 70 days.

That’s it.

Do this and making small talk will become second nature to you.

Oh, and you’ll make connections with total strangers with ease.

P.P.S Each person holds so much power within themselves that needs to be let out. Sometimes they just need a little nudge, a little direction, a little support, a little coaching, and the greatest things can happen.
