How to make a good financial plan? A very big question that disturbs each & every person, a good financial plan decides & enlighten the future of a family or an individual person. So, it is very important to manage your finances & make proper investment. They must follow some rules to formulate a good financial status & good planning for future:
Make your goal clear regarding financial planning. Make a clear picture of your current situation so that you can decide your goal for future achievements.
Insure your life with good life insurance plan & also go for retirement plan. This will help you to enjoy your retirement peacefully.
Maintain a record of all your income. If your income is on regular paycheck where taxes are deducted directly, than the net income is fine.
Manipulate your income & expenses at the end of the month. If the income & expenses ratio are in positive figures, than you are going good. If the figures are in negative than it means that some changes are still to be made.
Avoid taking too much debt. Try paying your credit card bills first, which is charging high. This will help you to reduce debt pressure.
Make a emergency fund by opening a new saving account. Try depositing a small amount of your income after paying all your regular expenses & debts. It is much useful when unusual situation occurs, than you can fund yourself instead of going for further loans.
