A Crucial Converstation for New Distributors
Three things that must be communicated to every one of your new distributors..
You need to have this conversation over and over again in regards to when you get a new person started, when a new person starts your business.
1. If you succeed in this business, it will be because of you, not because of me. Also, if you fail in this business it's going to be because of you, it's not going to be because of me. Success
and failure is ultimately up to YOU.
I am here to guide you, I'm not here to do it for you, I'll work with you..not for you.
2. I need you to understand, my job is for me to have you become independent from me as fast as possible. If I care for you, I will help you become independent. Together we make a plan, where I will guilde you in the direction you need to go, get all your questions answered, but the goal is for your new team member to become independent from you.
3. There will be ups and downs in this business. You will have highs and lows in this business. When you are discouraged, when you are not coming to meetings, when you are not attending calls, when you are fading, how do you want me to handle that? Is it okay if I call you, is it okay for me to push you, how do you want me to manage that as your friend working with you? When you're down and you're fading, how do you want me to respond?
Decide to get your person started right...We have a better way.
