 | | Thank you for reading my blog Frances and Carolyn. Please share my blog with all your motorcycle riding friends. |
| | | | | Vintage motorcycles sounds really cool. Thanks for sharing liked for you |
| | | | | interesting reading, thanks, well done! |
| | | | | That's cool Dennis. Love to hear stories from the past. That is one of the reasons I chose to work with vintage magazines. I meet lots of different people, with some interesting stories. I have even talked with some relatives whose family members are in some of the magazines. |
| | | | | Bill, I started with unique vintage ads, then when I posted a couple motorcycle magazines, I noticed that they were selling faster, so I focused on the Motorcycle ads and magazines. I also love to play guitar, so I decided to sell guitar magazines as well. It is hard work, but when you find something that you love, it doesn't seem like work. |
| | | | | Funny I was just watching Pawn Stars and they were negotiating on a 1941 Indian motorcycle. As gas prices continue to rise we are going to see more motorcycles on the road - IMO - interesting business you are in. |
| | | | | You needed to be a pretty big man to ride a 750 cc cycle in 1968. I rode a 1973 350 and it was all I could handle. At the time I was 5'5" and weighed #103. Older bikes weighed more than even the ones which came out in the '80's. In the late '80's my sister rode a 750. She was 4' 11" and weighed 105 soaking wet. My '78 450 was lighter than the 350 I had ridden in the early seventies. |
