If you are an online marketer of any kind and do not keep up with technology and utilise it, you are not going to have any kind of longevity in this industry. Its as simple as that.
Online marketers come and go all the time. Those that are always trying new and revolutionary ideas are the ones who succeed the quickest and the ones that last the longest. Technology that worked for somebody a year ago has no guarantee of working today.
In this age of digital and mobile communications technology, the average person today has more computing power in their pocket than Bill gates had when Microsoft was founded. You can literally have a conference call with your business associates while sitting on any beach half way around the world sipping on a cold beverage. And this is only scratching the surface!
Processor power and speed is fast approaching the computing capability of the human brain which means that artificial inteligence is not a dream anymore, it is fast becoming a reality.
Technology is that far davanced now that it is safe to say that the possibilities are literally endless.
Marketers who keep their ears to the ground and can position themselves ahead of the rest by implementing new technologies before the rest will be the successes of tomorrow.
The internet and social media is evolving at such a rate that the marketing possibilities are literally endless. Every problem faced by mankind today is an oppertunity for somebody to become a trillionaire. Think about it: global food shortages, A shortage of fresh water when a largre percentage of the surface of the earth is covered by water, The urgent need for energy that is currently being generated from the use of a finite amount of fossil fuel yet the amount of energy that falls on the earth every day from the sun could power a good sized city for a month.
Solve any one of these problems and you will instantly be trillionaire. All it takes is one simple idea that works. Rather than sitting in front of the television every night, why not devote that time to learning to use a new technology to your or someone elses benefit. The internet is a bottomless pool of knowledge and new technologies just waiting for somebody with a unique way to use it.
