The Discover the Power of Self-Compassion Chris Germer and Kristin Neff  free 3-part video series that shows you the Science and Benefits of self- compassion.

Most of us never ignore a person suffering or needing assistance.  In fact, most of us are pretty good at extending our compassion. However most times we do not extent the same kindness to ourselves. For over a decade, Chris Germer, PhD, and Kristin Neff, PhD have been at the forefront of research into self-compassion, investigating its many dimensions, benefits, and ways to strengthen it.

The Discover the Power of Self-Compassion video series is A Step-by-Step Training to Bring Kindness and Inner Strength to Any Moment of Your Life it shows you What happens when we cultivate self-compassion. Kristin Neff, PhD, is an associate professor of educational psychology. She is cofounder of the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion and teaches workshops on self-compassion worldwide. Chris Germer, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and a founding faculty member of the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy and a cofounder of the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion.
