The 4 Stages Of Growth In Network Marketing

  Struggling to find success in Network Marketing? New, not sure where to start? A legitimate MLM or Network Marketing company follows a pattern that includes various stages of growth. A legitimate multilevel marketing organization, or MLM, provides most of its compensation to salespeople who sell the company's products. The lines begin to get blurry when more focus is placed on recruitment than sales, leading to charges that the company is running an illegal pyramid scheme. You’ll want to know that there are 4 stages of progression when you get started working for yourself from home full time. You need to know that there are laws that govern your success and one of those laws is the law of process. Building a lucrative business online and offline takes time. Be patient with yourself and get the education you need to make a sound decision on whether or not  you want to go down this particular professional path.   Formulation or Foundation This typically lasts anywhere from 6 to 12 months and you can take full advantage only if you go to work. Some disadvantages of getting in early with a new company is not have the tools, company website, etc that you need to run your business. Advantages are that you can ride the wave of all of the stages of growth with the company. Concentration This stage is a 2 to 4 year period. This is the stage where you r companies network is starting to begin. The marketing and support is getting a lot better for the company, and the network is being put into place. This is the time that the leaders really start to show up. Are you going to be one of the leaders who start their own meeting and help other people start their own? This is a decision that you will have to make. If not you will have time to decide later on in the growth process of the company. Momentum Generally a 2 to 4 year process. It’s here that you could experience about 60% of your growth! Your company may have 10, 20, 40,000 reps and it could grow to over a million reps in a short 2 to 4 year period. This is where you can make a very lucrative income. The con is that you don’t already have a team because you may be just getting started while you company is in it’s momentum stage. The pro is that you get to ride the wave no matter how big your team is. Stability This is the last stage in your network marketing company. This is basically from the end of the momentum stage through the life of the company. As a network marketer you’ll find that when you are in this stage or the company you are involved with is in this stage that everything from the marketing plan to the tools and support is already established. The company will keep growing at a stable rate. So there you have it! The 4 stages of Network Marketing. Remember be married to the process and the results will follow!
