Whose Voice Is In Your Mind?

Published on 4/2/2019
For additional information  Click Here

You have a voice in your mind that seems to be talking constantly, evaluating what’s good and what isn’t. It’s constantly evaluating your past experiences, potential future outcomes, what people think of you, etc.

That voice is a dialogue you have with yourself. It’s the voice of your inner debates. It’s the false things you say to yourself about yourself, about others, and about your circumstances. But whose voice is it? Is it your unique authentic voice or the indoctrinated and conditioned words from others--parents, family, teachers, friends, clergy, community, media, commercials, things that you read, not knowing whether it is an absolute, an opinion or other's beliefs.

Sometimes the voice seems to know everything, and at the same time it argues with itself. It’s the inner voice one uses to talk oneself into and out of things. It’s the arguments one imagines oneself having with other people. The voice that tells you you’re better than you are and the voice that tells you you’re worse than you are.

Your true authentic voice?—?the still quiet voice of the Spirit, doesn’t speak with words. It doesn’t speak English or any other linguistic, but you understand it. That is, if you’re listening. If you turn off the chatter and listen for your authentic true voice it comes through crystal clear with authenticity and conviction. And don't expect it to repeat, because you cut it off immediately.  The authentic voice comes in a complete knowing--it is pure. The message will come back another way. So, it behooves you to hear the first time.

My first experience, I consciously remember hearing my true authentic voice I was nineteen months old. It wasn't a shock or surprise to have the information in my mind. "You are different than your family--you hear you know."  When I was three the reality and significance of the matter registered. It was a heartbreaking experience to fathom no one heard, didn't know.  I had no one to 'hear' me on the authentic spiritual level. I sobbed gut wrenching sobs for most of the day for two days. On the third day, my mom said, she didn't know what to do for me and maybe I needed to cry in my bed until I was finished crying. After laying in my bed crying approximately 30 minutes my authentic self rescued me. "It is just the way it can do hear you know."

Your indoctrination and conditioning is like ripples in water. It’s a disturbance. A disturbance to your otherwise peaceful knowing nature. Another analogy is Lao Tzu's profound statement: “Do you have the patience to wait till your mud settles and the water is clear?”

As my life progressed the hearing and knowing guided me, including doing the Deep Healing work that I assist people worldwide to create their healing to access their authentic voice. And yes, with each person I assist I am not working alone. The authentic voice is working with me to create the healing for each person.

In the Native American worldview, "Everything in the universe is Spirit. Each thing in it is of the same Spirit, and it is all Connected."

"Together, we are strong as a tribe." ~Ana Hawk, Lakota

I am here only to be truly helpful. I offer a 20-minute FREE, no obligation conversation to answer your questions and explain the healing process.
