Listed below are some of the questions we often get asked regarding SURGES2012™. If you have a question on our program, please start by checking the FAQs listed below.
We realize that this is not an all-inclusive list and that you may have some totally different things you’d like to know about our program. So if you do not find the answer to your question here, or if our answers are inadequate, then just Contact Us through your SURGES2012™ website, and we will respond back to you. If the question gets asked often enough, we’ll add it to the list below. That way everyone will benefit from your inquiry. Thank you!
1. How do I make money with this program?
You earn money every time you regenerate (i.e., complete a cycle of five). In other words, when it's your turn to regenerate and five more paid members join the SurgeLine® (no matter who sponsors them), you make $25.00 in the $25 SurgeLine® and $50.00 in the $50 SurgeLine®. You are then automatically bought back into the SurgeLine®, where you can regenerate over and over again.
In addition, you will make money every time you personally sponsor someone ($5.00 in the $25 SurgeLine® and $10.00 in the $50 SurgeLine®). You will also receive a matching bonus every time one of your personally sponsored members regenerates. If they regenerate in the $25 SurgeLine®, you make $25.00; if they regenerate in the $50 Line, you make $50.00.
2. I must have way more than five people in the SurgeLine® under me by now. Why haven't I regenerated and been paid?
Probably because it's not your turn to regenerate yet.
3. Okay, so what do you mean by, "your turn to regenerate"? Perhaps the best way to answer this question is by way of illustration. So just draw a straight line down and then begin to place positions in this line. For example, position #1, then #2, #3, #4, etc., etc. Now suppose you came in at position #2 and then four more people came into the SurgeLine® after you (i.e., positions #3, #4, #5 and #6). Position #1 now regenerates and gets paid (and so does position #1's sponsor). Then another person comes in (#7). You now have five people under you, but it will not be your turn to regenerate until four more people enter the SurgeLine®, because positions 2-6 belong to position #1 and his or her sponsor.
As we said, the best way to look at this is graphically by drawing a bunch of circles in a straight line down. You can then see that the first 5 people in the line were used to pay position #1 and their sponsor, and the second five to pay position #2 and their sponsor, etc., etc.
4. How do I get paid with this program?
Members will be paid through the same payment processor that they used when they signed up for SURGES2012™. For example, if you signed up with Alert Pay, you'll get paid through Alert Pay.
5. How often do I get paid?
You get paid on the 20th of every month. If you initially signed up through Alert Pay, your money will show up in your Alert Pay account every month on the 20th.
6. How long before I can start earning money?
You can start earning money as soon as you sign up into SURGES2012™. New members will immediately begin to be placed into the SurgeLine® under you in the order they join. When it's your turn to regenerate (see FAQ #3) and five paid members have been placed under you, you get paid!! Moreover, right after you sign up you will receive all the link codes you need to begin referring new members to the SurgeLine® and start capturing those 100% matching bonuses!
7. Can I have more than one account?
You may purchase up to four account memberships (Surge Centers) per household. [Note: All membership/Surge Center purchases over one are subject to Admin. approval.]
8. What product does SURGES2012™ market?
When you join the $25 SurgeLine® you will have instant access to our exclusive library of online/offline marketing tools, techniques, and strategies. The value of these products is well over $250.00 and you're getting them all for a one-time payment of $25.00. Moreover, when you join The $50.00 Surgeline® you will receive more marketing products and tools. These products differ from the $25.00 Line in both quantity and quality. Once you are a member you can access these products by logging into your SURGES2012™ website and clicking on the "Products" link.
9. Is that all I get?
No, that is not all you get. As a member of SURGES2012™ you will be able to attend our Online Training Webinars. Here we will be sharing with you some of the secrets to using both online and offline media to promote any business. This training alone is well worth a one-time $25, $50 or even $100-$200. As a matter of fact, others are selling similar training for hundreds and even thousands of dollars. How do we know that? Because that's what we paid for some of this education. Now we're turning around and giving you a bargain basement deal on some of the most successful and valuable money making secrets in the home-based business industry.
10. Can I get all your marketing secrets?
No...not right away at least (Gee, what do you expect for $25-$50 bucks?) However, what we are going to share with you will be more than enough to make you a very effective online/offline marketer.
Besides, we have some additional ventures coming in the next few months. Those serious individuals who wish to join us in these exciting new enterprises will be putting themselves in a position to receive a PhD level education in making money at home.
11. I'm from another country. Can I join SURGES2012™?
Yes! SURGES2012™ welcomes members from all around the world.
12. Do I need a domain name or web hosting account?
No. All you need to do is give out your affiliate site link to your prospects. This link will track your sales, so all payments go directly into one of your payment processor accounts. You simply promote your affiliate link to sponsor other members.
13. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, but the answer is, “No, your membership fee is non-refundable.” All sales are final. The reason for this is that we cannot refund money to you that has already been paid out to our affiliates. We never even handle that money - it is paid directly to our affiliates. Plus, we cannot refund money once someone is given access to our products, since anyone could easily download our information and then ask for a refund.
14. If I start making money, will I have to pay taxes on what I earn?
Yes, you do...unless you want to go toe to toe with the taxing authorities, which is not a good idea because they have iron feet. In other words, you are responsible for your own taxes. You will not be receiving a Misc. 1099 or any other tax form from us, so we suggest that you keep accurate business records of your earnings.
15. What are your future plans for SURGES2012™?
For starters, we have two additional SurgeLines®, a $100 Line and a $200 Line, coming in the near future. Plus, we will be adding several more exciting product lines, including self-improvement products, exercise, weight loss and relaxation technique products and personal and financial survival products.
16. I have a question that is not answered here. How do I contact you guys?
