Commitment
Commitment is the word that comes to mind for me as I sit in a
hotel room in Norfolk, VA.. I'm here to see my son and all the
shipmates that are with the Eisenhower Strike Force, deploy for
a 9 to 10 month commitment at sea to areas that they cannot
disclose to their families. That takes commitment in
what one believes
This has sent my mind on a journey about network marketing,
affiliate marketing and the amount of commitment we make is
a direct reflection of the result we get in return..
Are you committed to showing up each day for whatever allotted
time you can allocate to make this a viable business? Are you
committed for the long term to building those precious relationships so
to find the ones that will trust you and want to join you?
As I think about the trust and camaraderie that a ships crew must have
in order to function and perform their tasks , so must marketers be able
to invoke trust and help all on their team.
Listening, to my son who is an officer tell how when a new sailor first
comes aboard he takes time to talk with them so that he can best serve
that sailor needs to help him be successful, so should we interact with
any new person who makes a decision to join us.
Be committed to being the best you can be and give the most you can give
to those who join you, remembering that some will need more than others.
Being fair does not mean that everyone gets that same thing, being fair means
Everyone gets what they need.
