There are times we are told or we tell someone to encourage others! It's often stated during the time we feel someone may need to be uplifted because of one thing or another.
Have you ever stopped and really thought about the word ENCOURAGE?
EN, a prefix meaning to become or cause to be, and the word COURAGE meaning ability to conquer fear or despair. Courage is also our strength in the face of pain or grief. When you put the two together, you get ENCOURAGE which causes you to become strong, fearless or to change for the better.
To Encourage others, you must first be encouraged.
The first step to encourging yourself, is that when you look into the mirror each day, KNOW that you love what you see. It's not just our physical apprarence that's got to be pleasing, but who we are on the inside.
Then, when you are pleased with who you are or with the direction you are headed to become that "You", it gives you more strength to encourage others.
Now that you're ENCOURAGED, spread it abroad. Someone is out there that needs your positive encouragement!
Keep in mind ~~~ Be ENCOURAGED so you can ENCOURAGE someone else!
