Taking care of Real Business - Eating Raw Foods for Health
Who doesn't want to look better, to feel better and have more energy?
As you cannot put diesel into a gasoline engine and expect to run great, same we cannot just keep feeding our organism with over refined and processed and in turn expect to stay healthy.
Then, the best way to get all, in just one package, is to change our eating habits and turn to a raw food diet. We don't realize but quite often, whatever we eat ends up weighing us down, sapping our vitality, and even generating illnesses.
Every one of us eating a lot of processed foods, few vegetables, and lives mostly on meat and dairy, are the perfect candidate for a new and healthier lifestyle.
Why does it pay off to stop using our religiously used diet and start eating more naturally?
We can start with fiber. Fiber is an amazing natural nutrient and helps keep our bodies regular so that we eliminate waste appropriately. We might not realize but most processed foods do not contain any of this valuable nutrient. As a result, we end up keeping a lot of digestive wastes and by-products in our bodies
As waste stays in our colons, it opens us up to infections from parasites and fungus. These organisms can live in our bodies, where they excrete their waste or grow out of control.
Moreover, they lower our immune systems and we end up with serious illnesses such as asthma, lupus, leaky gut syndrome, or dysbiosis. Unfortunately, fiber isn’t the only nutrient most of us tend to lack when we don't eat enough raw foods.
We also lose out and get a huge deficit on enzymes. Enzymes are important proteins used in nearly all of our bodily processes, including digestion. When we don’t get them in our food, our body striving to maintain its own balance has to pull them from somewhere else.
Now this is a catch 24 – Do you want to stay younger?
As our enzymes become increasingly depleted, we begin to age even faster, much faster than is written in our genetic code. By cooking or processing our foods we simply kill the enzymes.
Cooking foods process also strips them of other valuable nutrients, like vitamins and minerals, which inevitably have to be added back in afterward.
There is the so called "fortified food", the one that had its nutrients stripped during processing and then replaced. But this food still lacks fiber and all nutrients that are reintroduced are in a totally different form, one much harder for our body to assimilate.
We, humans, don't realize how amazing our entire biological structure is. It has its own program build in at the genome level and coded in such a way that keeps the organism running in perfect harmony.
When the harmony is disturbed the "program" triggers strong signals translated into the "feeling not good" state.
Amazingly, it takes just a little effort on our side to help our organism to get back to the harmonious state.
A great start is using natural fiber …
So why don't look from now on for natural foods with lots of fiber?
Let’s preserve the enzymes by having twice a day in between our main meals just vegetable salads.
Taking care of Business first of all starts with our admiral ship – our organism.
If we don't take care of this main business all other ones will - in the end - miserably fail.
We will pay the price - with the money we made we'll run to take care of ... our main business.
One of the most successful performers of our time, Tim McGraw, fulfilled the promise he once made to himself …
"Oh my next thirty years, I’m gonna watch my weight
Eat a few more salads and not stay up so late
Drink a little lemonade and not so many beers
Maybe I’ll remember my next thirty years …"
How would you like to be your next thirty years - the Best of your Life?
Then catch up with Tim in my video section, enjoy his love for life and > for God and your own sake > Get a Great Start !
To your Success!
