One of the first things people look at when they start off in a MLM business is the compensation plan. This is however the wrong way to go about it.


The first thing you should look at apart from legitimacy, track records and so on is the product. This is and should be the main focus of a MLM company. They have a product, they what to sell it to whoever, they want to save on storage space, personnel and advertising and they want to cut out the middle man. So they use the user to promote and sell their product. In return they reward the user with commissions and bonuses.


Here is an example of the compensation plan for a product in a huge market where there is certainly no shortage of demand:


A. One time sales commission

B. Sponsor Monthly Residual

C. Team Bonus (7 Levels)

D. Fast Start bonuses

E. Monthly Coded Bonus

F. Monthly Matching Coded Bonus

G. 10 Stock shares just for taking the time to look at the product and marketing system and 10 shares for everyone you invite.


Added to that they have rankings with rewards:


A. Marketing Director (Certificate and Pin)


B. National Marketing Director (Certificate and Pin & 1 gram Gold Bar)


C. International Marketing Director (Certificate and Pin & 2 gram Gold Bar)


D. Vice President (Certificate and Pin, 5 gram Gold Bar & 1,000 corporate shares)


E. Senior Vice President (Certificate and Pin with diamond, 10 gram Gold Bar, 2,000 corporate shares & $100 monthly gas card)
