Today, I have this feeling to write and update potential adventurer's about a destination that has a special place in my soul.
Botswana ~ round every corner is another wildlife experience.
One of the most important attractions of Botswana is its extensive game parks and preserves that guarantee an abundance of diverse wildlife but at the same time the destination is relatively underdeveloped and untouched. A photographer's paradise!
Description in brief. Some 70% of this landlocked southern African country is covered by the Kalahari Desert and one of southern Africa's longest river, the Okavango flows into Botswana from the north west and fans out into a wetland called the Okavango Delta which covers approximately, 9,300 square miles and seeps in to the desert. With one third of the Okavango Delta, which is the largest inland river delta in the world, is covered by the famous Moremi Game Reserve. This friendly southern African country offers some really excellent game viewing with an abundance of lion, elephant, rhino, zebra and a whole host of other species.
