A weekly conference call in the MLM industry should never be underestimated. It should be mandatory for those seeking financial freedom and success. Normally conference calls start with introductions followed by announcing the topics that will be covered on the calls. Telling what topics will be discussed helps to keep your members interested and on the call for the duration. Remember that most people have a short attention span. Keeping the calls within the designated time period will keep people on the line and ensure that they get all the facts and news they need to run their businesses effectively. Another way to keep people on the call is to save the best for last; hoever, after the last topic should be a question and answer period (Q&A).
When your MLM business grows to a considerable size, the conference calls become even more important. As much as we would like to work with our team members on an individual basis, it becomes impossible; therefore, the conference calls an essential structurein your business. Some leaders prefer to have a webinar, since it also has the visual component, and let's face it, most people are visual learners. But no matter if you use the conference calls or webinars, the key point is to be in constant contact with your following in order to keep them abreast of the knowledge they need to succeed.
