What information do you need to be successful? What has been bothering you? What can I do to bring some comfort to your life? Do you need more time, more money? Do you need a friend? What do you want for Christmas? They say knowledge is power. What are you determine to get this Christmas? Financial freedom, a house, maybe even that new car. As we close the year, we must reflect on our accomplishments. However, if you haven't given back, are you truly successful? How have you helped your neighbor? We need to more people focused than money focused to sustain our success. If people complain about our business, what will that do? Don't wait to resolve a situation, instead use every means to prevent damage.

I learn that more positive interactions at the start of a relationship determines just how much effort we will use to get that customer. Just because a potential customer is not right now a paying customer doesn't mean they can't be used to refer others that will benefit from the services. We have to think more long-term than on our short term goals. I want to have a successful business for years not one year. It doesn't matter how many sales you get in the first year, how many will be customers the next year. We can control and determine that. Just learn how to service your customers well and the business will come off the existing customers. Don't be afraid to be innovative. It may determine how well you expand your business.
