So I am surrounded by Nabals and that needs to change. Everybody wants to be an expert but nobody knows anything when put to the test. This associate of mines got mad because I let her know that she doesn't know all the details about my situation. She thinks because she had a case in a similar court (juvenile and domestic relations) that she knows everything about everybody legal situation-majored supposedly in criminal justice but I believe she doesn't have the degree. So I asked her something simple and it turned out that she wanted to be nasty with me at the end. She told me that I don't want to listen and that's my downfall. You're not a lawyer and/or judge. You think because of a case that you admit that you didn't know what was going on during the case that you had to appointed a GAL-guardian ad litem you can state your opinions about it. Yet I asked you one simple question last night and you going to tell me what someone can do to me.

You are not an expert, have several seats. Even if you were if you don't know how to apply law, then you still have no clue. That's the reason for appeal courts. Everybody doesn't know what detail can change the outcome of a case. If a state attorney general office admitted to criminal activities surrounding this case and a co-worker explained that a warrant was taken out on these individuals involved in the case in federal court not even knowing all the details but me asking one simple question what is epri in federal court means? I gave her more details and she seem like she hit the nail on the head with the answer. I can't stand ignorance. It's not something bliss and we need to be willing to listen as well as learn. Everybody is not an expert, can I emphasize this more than once, even though they want to be. God bless and have a safe and Happy, happy new year.
