With a 97% failure rate why are so many people willing to try to build a MLM business? Perhaps the answer is because the people who join MLM opportunities see a hope and a future in owning their own business, working for themselves, and they haven't lost the ability to dream. Also, when you study the brilliance that is network marketing, it just makes sense. If more people understood the concept and what the posssiblities are then more people would be successful.
So why do some people cringe when they hear the words network marketing? Most people associate network marketing with overbearing people who try to force their opportunity into any conversation. You know the type, the ones that after 6 months into their new business venture, have no friends left and the only reason anyone associates with them is because they have to because they are related. Nobody wants to become "that person" and really, who could blame them?
In my previous MLM, I was told that all I have to do is make a names list of everyone I know or come into contact with, then call them and make an appointment to "show them the plan". Sound familiar? Then I was told that 1 out of 10 would join my company and before long I'd have a huge organization. After months of NO ONE joining my organization, I was told to just keep doing what I am doing and eventually it would pay off. I'll let you guess how much fun and successful that was.
What is there was a different approach? A risk free approach with no selling, no explaining, no inventory, no joining fees, and no crap.
