In the summer of 2010, One24 introduced the linear compensation plan. This is a revolutionary new concept that is taking on the network marketing industry by storm. Over a year later, One24 is still the only company with the linear structure in thier comp plan.
The way it works it that every person who enrolles into the program is placed under the last person who enrolled in a straight, linear line to infinity no matter who refers them. This is such a contrast to most every other network marketing structure which are mostly multi leveled. This enables people to literally have new people added to their downline everyday off the efforts of others, even while they sleep!
The linear plan works hand in hand with the IRP (Incentivized Referral Plan) which is how PC's (Preferred Customers) are paid. Everyone who enrolls in One24 is considered a preferred customer. There are no special titles. The way a PC gets paid is based on their referrals. Your referrals are multiplied by the number of people in your downline to equal shares in different bonus pools. Sound confusing? Well it is really quite simple. People can earn money by referring just one person who refers one person into the program.
