Being successful with any business requires focus. With network marketing or home based businesses, it is easy to get distracted with everyday activities. Using our time wisely is often a challenge. Recently, I heard a speaker who is a business coach speak at a local networking event. She spoke about time management and "having a meeting with yourself" every week. During this once a week meeting, you plan out your entire week, day by day. You make a list of things you need to do and have to do, then plug these activities into your calendar and schedule a time to complete them. When we know what needs to be done and we focus on our actions, we get so much more accomplished. Also, by default, your business grows if you are doing what you need to be doing and training your team to do the same.
So be deliberate in your actions and focus on your short and long term goals. Have a meeting with yourself and enjoy the rewards. Remember, time is our most valuable asset and when it is gone, you can't get it back.
