Hi I started Visalus and the 90 day challenge about 3 months ago. I have been looking for a protein type shake for almost a year. I was very sad at how much they cost. I figured I would keep looking. A girl on Facebook friend requested me and offered to send me a sample of the shakes she was selling. I of course said yes please send me a sample. I got the sample and mixed it with my favorite strawberries and 1% milk. I have to say I love it!!! I looked up the cost and was a little worried I wouldn't be able to pay for them. But with the refer 3 friends and get it for free how could I go wrong. I got my husband, my mother and my best friend drinking them. Therefore I got my shakes for free!!! I was drinking one shake a day to help get more calories in. Then I was reading about weight loss. If I drink 2 shakes a day and take the vitamins I could lose weight. So I started recruiting more people so I can now get my shakes for free and I am drinking 2 shakes a day. Next I decided I wanted to be with a company that sells these shakes and in one year had increased it business by 700%!! That is right I said 1 year!!!! could you imagine what is would be in two??
