Make time to make memories

Making time for your personal life is important. Especially when it comes to your family. Whether you work from home or not, life can get busy. Between work, taking kids to school if you have school aged children. Paying bills , doing laundry , cleaning , cooking, trying to have a social life and grocery shopping.  All of this things are important, but they also have an order. Out off all the things I mentioned so far the first priority from that list should be your family. Spending quality time with your family is something we can't put as a last priority. We should create memories , we never get the time back it just keeps going. It seems like all you do is blink , and your kids are older. Then what's left of their childhood and all the holidays and vacations, are pictures, videos and the memories you created. So yes work, but work smart, don't be willing to sacrifice those special moments that will never return. Make time to laugh with them, go out.Take family vacations, have movie nights, go to the park or whatever it is that your family enjoys doing together. Thanksgiving is this week,so as it approaches think of ways to spare the time. I mean if you must post something on social media, do so. Just make sure that you don't spend the entire day on the internet, for either work or fun. It's hard for us in this day and age to put our devices down, but try it. Schedule your post in advanced so that you are not tempted to get online as much through out the day. While you are having Yhanksgiving dinner try not to use your phone at all, Instead spark conversations with your family and friends and have fun, make time to make memories. Thank you gor reading this!         Jessica Lopez MCA Independent Associate.
