When building a business, there are three critical resources you must possess or have ready access to them. 1. Finances--No matter what anyone says, you must have some financial resources to build and sustain your venture. 2. Professional skills--The understanding of your service or product, why it is needed, who needs it, how to let them know you have it and how to deliver it. 3. Back office--Accounting, Marketing, Management, Employees, Legal, Insurance,Training. Most often we suffer most in these areas.
