Four of the most powerful words in the English language are: "on a daily basis."
When you can say, "I'm doing it on a daily basis." Your "it" is bound to be successful. Whether your "it" is dieting or studying or working out or reading or anything, this “it” spells success.
Anyone can do it once or once in a while but the test is: Can you keep on doing it on a daily basis?
It's been said that it takes 21-28 days to form a habit.
Once you do something on a daily basis for over three weeks ... it's a habit! Whatever you do today, you'll do more of tomorrow. Habits start out as thin, weak threads and end up as thick, strong cables.
Aristotle said, "We are what we repeatedly do."
So today, whatever it is, whatever is your passion, start doing it . . . on a daily basis.
Your subconscious is powerful. Underlying beliefs that have not been released reign over your conscious mind. While you're speaking out loud and while you're consciously course correcting your outward thoughts, your subconscious is negating what you desire.
Repetition is one key. Clearing your mental barriers is the other. Never let go of the flow of repetition and never allow the entry of self doubt. Your inner beliefs are the tools you need to create what you want. Once you have manifested your desire, move on to something else. Hint: Make it bigger and more grand. You will be blown away by the results you can create when you truly focus.

Ask only once and the Universe will move circumstances and events to have it prepared for you. Believe with all your heart that you deserve what you have asked for. Receive as though you already have it. It is yours. You deserve to have it. Now take action to acquire it.
