What is your secret dream?
What would you really love to be doing with your life?
If you close your eyes and fantasise about how your life could be if you had unlimited abundance, unlimited love and support plus unlimited freedom, what do you see?
I’ll hazard a guess and say that you see your life filled with goals you have achieved. It is a life that lacks stress and is filled with joy, laughter and happiness. You are no longer burdened with worry or concern. You are complete.
Most heart attacks occur between the hours of 7am and 8am on a Monday morning. That is fact. These people are dying from rather than living their dreams. They are working so hard to make ends meet that they don’t make the ends meet because they’re six feet under the ground! Their biggest mistake is that they didn’t have to be working in a job they abhorred in the first place nor did they need to finish pushing up daisies.
The word ‘Livelihood’ begins with LIVE!
These people woke up in the morning, groaned at the prospect of another stress filled day, forced themselves out of bed and hauled their unenthusiastic minds and bodies to their job which at the least was boring, uninspiring and detestable at the worst.
You may say I’m dreaming. On the contrary. This is the way the Universe is arranged to work. You came to this earth with a set of talents, which when shared afford you immense joy not to mention the conduit through which money and substance will come to you. The biggest reason most people do not pursue their true calling is because they do not have the confidence to go ahead and do what they dream of. They do not believe in themselves and further, they do not trust the Universe.
Someone once said, ‘No one comes to this earth unarmed.’
Every person is born with a particular gift which when shared and offered to others will bring to them the substance they need to be creative so that they can lead healthy, enjoyable, fulfilling and prosperous lives.
No doubt, many of you have heard of a Mug-Wump. That term is a favourite of mine because it compels me to visualise someone who sits on a fence, his face turned south to one side and his rump at the north. He fence sits and watches while others of his creed succeed. Still he hesitates to take the first step. He cannot make up his mind whether to move forward or take a step back because he’s scared if he does and he’s scared if he doesn’t. He does not believe he’ll make it over the first hurdle. In other words, he lacks faith and while he lacks faith so the Universe will repay him with more lack of faith because that is what he is asking for. Remember the Universe says ‘Your wish is my command’? So he remains sitting on the fence for the rest of his life. In the end, just before he leaves this plane to enter his next life, with him he takes that everlasting ask, ‘Why didn’t I?’
Why not arrange your life around your own choices rather than those others make for you? Decide what you want to do and then ask the Universe to rearrange itself around your vision. Many do not realise that they have the power to choose the option which is in line with their highest good. If what you want to do is of your highest choice, make it clear in your mind and then to the Universe as you ask it to support you.
W. Somerset Maugham declared, ‘It’s a funny thing about life; if you accept anything but the very best, you will get it!’
Set your goal, dream it then step out of your comfort zone and live it. The Universe will never, ever let you down.
